I can't get the buttons to workTo view this website, you need to have Javascript enabled. It's a setting in your web browser. Most people leave this turned on, but if you have turned it off, the buttons and possibly other features will not work. The pages do not display properlyThis site has been tested with Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, SeaMonkey, Google Chrome, Pale Moon, Edge and Waterfox. We cannot guarantee it will work with other browsers although it should. Make sure you are using an up to date version of your browser. If things look odd try hitting refresh. We are aware of some issues with Internet Explorer 10. We think we have patched the site to work with this browser but really, it is time to move on now to a modern browser. The Ludham Archive Group recommends the use of Firefox which we think gives the best result. Some Browsers say the site is not secure - what does this mean? Some browsers have changed so that any site without an SSL Certificate is marked as not secure. These certificates are really for sites which collect data about you or which place a cookie on your machine. We do not need one as we don't do this. You can be assured that the Ludham Archive website does not collect any user data and we do not use cookies. We are here to supply you with interesting information about Ludham not to gather data about you. My Anti Virus software says the site is insecure
Good quality anti virus software does not have any
problem with the site, but we are aware that a few
anti virus programs flag the site as insecure. They
are incorrect and there is nothing insecure about
our site. We do not gather any data about you and we
do not place any cookies on your computer. |
Who wrote this stuff?Various members of the Ludham Community Archive Group contributed to this site. The photographs are from the Ludham Archive collection. Nigel Pope pulled it all together and created the web pagesCan you get to Ludham on public transport?Yes, Ludham has a regular bus service, but it keeps on changing which can be very confusing. Currently the service is run by Konectbus and the 5A and 5B serve the village. However the provider has changed twice in recent years and we suggest you check the latest situation on-line.Is there more information about Ludham?Go to our Links page and take a look at the various websites there. Can I look at The Map?The Map is on display in St Catherine's Church in Ludham. The church is open every day for visitors and is well worth seeing. The side panels contain other needlework and we change this from time to time. Can I come to an Archive Group Meeting?Yes, everyone is welcome. See our Meetings Page for details of future meetings and events. |
